Chemical Composition for Polishing Treatment
The table below describe the chemical composition for polishing treatment before aluminum anodizing process be done. This pretreatment will helps on produce more intense colors of dyeing aluminum anodized. The necessary passivization of the aluminum can also be achieved by chemical polishing.

(iii) Sodium nitrite 200 g - -
(iv) Trisodium phosphate 90 g - -

(vi) Orthophosporic acid - 500 ml 630 ml (s.g. 1.7)
(vii) Nitric Acid (s.g. 1.4) - 70 ml 150 ml
(viii)Sulfuric Acid (s.g. 1.84) - 250 ml 210 ml
(ix) Acetic Acid glacial - 60 ml -
(x) Nickel Sulfat - 5 g -
(xi) Urea - - 10 g
B. Solution Temperatur 90-100 C 100 C 100 C
