Aluminum Conditioning to Electropolished

Conditioning of aluminum before anodizing need some treatment before anodized. To make a better product on anodizing process and bright anodized aluminum, there are several condition should be fulfill. Some of condition of aluminum sheet metal should be fulfill the requirement like as follows:

• The purity of aluminum should be > 97 %
• Aluminum metal still in good condition, never anodized before
• Pretreatment of aluminum sheet should be in perfect treatment such as aluminum sheet should be electropolished first.
